At Eyora, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must also be recorded as being used daily to ensure you tried the product out.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
If verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards
- Orders damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in order review or account restrictions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at eyora.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
